Our Story

We’ve been building and crafting since 2004

Chestnut Carpentry is based in Raynes Park, close to Wimbledon in South West London and headed by experienced carpenter and joiner, Rob Smith.

Founded on traditional values and trading for over 20 years, Chestnut Carpentry provide the flexibility and experience to undertake bespoke and carefully crafted projects and specialist works.

Rob has over 20 years experience and is a fully qualified (City & Guilds) Carpenter and Joiner.  He is meticulous in his attention to detail and pride’s himself in exceptional quality carpentry and a first class, honest and reliable service to all customers.

Chestnut Carpentry is proud to be a member of the Ecologi community, donating funds every month to plant trees, locally and globally in an effort to help tackle the climate change crisis.  Chestnnut Carpentry do use sustainable sources for our timber based products, but wanted to do a little extra.
