Highly recommend - Rob and Martin were a pleasure to deal with. Always tried to make your ideas come to life and helped... advise what would work best in practice. Built fitted window seat, tv cabinet, console table, bar and wardrobe... when this was all finished I found more work which is currently being quoted for!read more

We have used Chestnut Carpentry a couple of times now - once to fit a new front door, and recently to remodel our... kitchen to allow for a larger freestanding fridge freezer. At all times Rob has been courteous, responsive, friendly and, most of all, the work he produces is fantastic. There were a few occasions where unseen complications arose due to the work carried out by the previous owners - Rob quickly and efficiently dealt with them all while keeping us informed and updated throughout the process.I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and Chestnut Carpentry, and will definitely be touch when the next job arises.read more

We had some superb alcove cupboards and floating shelves made bespoke for our house. Rob was incredibly professional... and the quote was superb value for money. All units were fabricated from scratch and over three days were fitted to the highest standard and primed ready to paint.I can not recommend Rob and the service enough, not only is he a really good guy but his work is of an incredibly high standard and we will be using him again for all of our joinery and carpentry requirements.read more
